Sonja Michele Garlin has a mission to use her God given talents to inspire and serve others, helping them grow into the fullness of their physical and spiritual selves.

Sonja is the Director of Trinity Child Care Center, building an educational foundation for Pre-K students, in Jersey City where she is a lifelong resident.

Having attended Howard University (Communications), Fairleigh Dickinson University (Corporate and Organizational Development) and Montclair State University (Early Childhood Education) for her higher learning educational studies, Sonja has more than 20 years teaching in public and private schools.

She founded Common Courtesies-Beyond Please & Thank You®, a leadership program for teens and young adults that focuses on everyday etiquette, while building self-confidence, balance, and discipline with a roadmap to gaining clarity on the inner power that propels them into living out their purpose.
