Karen Reavis, Guyanese by descent was born in Newark, NJ. She attended public schools in Newark and East Orange NJ. In 1993, Karen graduated from College of Saint Elizabeth with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology with a minor in Chemistry. She married Minister Harry Reavis in 1996 and continued her education at a joint PA program (Seton Hall University/ University of Medicine and Dentistry of NJ (UMDNJ) where she earned a Master of Science degree in Physician Assistant. Upon completion of her studies came two beautiful daughters Kennady and Kortney Reavis. Karen has been anointed to use the skills she has acquired as a Physician Assistant previously for the Trauma department at UMDNJ in Newark, NJ, as well as at the Lyons Veterans Administration Medical Center, and is currently a Professor of graduate studies at the College of St. Elizabeth’s first Physician Assistant program in 2019.

Karen has been called upon on many occasions to facilitate seminars where her skills in the medical field has allowed her to educate people in various ministries on health and wellness topics. She is a member and Elder of Bethel Church of Love and Praise, Covenant Kingdom Ministries International (CKMI) under the leadership of Presiding Prelate Bishop Charles W. Harris Jr. and Executive Pastor Janet Harris. Elder Karen is a prayer Intercessor, and serves as the CKMI International Missions President. Elder Karen received Christ as her personal savior and was filled with the Holy Ghost in 1996.

Elder Reavis is committed to nursing home missions, local homeless outreach, education and empowerment via the annual A2K Kidney Benefit. as well as organizing foreign missions. She is known as a woman who is devoted to serving the Lord, her husband, and children. She is compassionate, an advisor, a sister, a friend, and confidant. Elder Reavis most of all is an anointed, saved woman of God, committed to spreading the word of God, and sharing His love with all people. This awesome woman of God can rightly divide the word of God and deliver messages that transform lives through healing and deliverance.
