Rachelle Ross has always had a passion to serve people in the community. With an accumulation of over 20 years in the beauty industry as owner and stylist, as well as over 10 years as a public servant, it was clear that the needs of others motivated her marketplace.  Serving others became an undying love that spilled into every area of Rachelle’s life. With experience as a licensed cosmetologist, behavior modification technician,crisis counselor, habilitation Plan coordinator, NJ state inspector and  NJ state instructor for Dept. of Community Affairs, emphasis was placed on the lives of others. A graduate of Fairleigh Dickinson University and tentative Graduate student of Kean University, Rachelle Ross asserts herself in the community to meet the need. She not only is a public servant but a servant of Christ. Being co-founder of Refined & Empowered Outreach continues to allow her to minister to others in a most prophetic way and give back to the community, coming full circle to living out her God given talents of serving others.
